The Dapper Flappers
Dance Hen Parties and Workshops
Excellent dance classes. Full of energy and fun - perfect for directing excess energy in lively boys! Improved co-ordination, concentration and musicality. Highly recommend for all ages and abilities.
Revel in Dance street dance classes are great fun, and good exercise too! Much more fun than going to the gym! Always learning different moves and new routines. Sarah is always very encouraging. Very much recommended!
Three of my kids absolutely love street dance and really look forward to going every week. It's a great social as well as fitness activity for both boys and girls.
I've recently completed a beginners
class and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Sarah is an excellent teacher. She is motivational, talented and fun!
Did a session with Sarah from Revel in Dance on Sunday. Was so much fun. Sarah is friendly, bright and enthusiastic. She made me feel really welcome and her dance instruction on the Thriller dance was superb. Highly recommended!!
My son has been taking part in these Street Dance classes for a couple of terms. He very much enjoys it. It stretches him, Sarah manages to get all levels, ages and abilities working at their personal best. The group, though young have partaken in various local shows, doing routines.
I had the best time learning to dance the Charleston with Sarah. I couldn't make all 8 classes but that didn't matter, not only did I just pay when I was there (always useful when you have a job like mine that takes you away a lot) but I always got the week's update and steps covered so I could catch up and Sarah always reviewed what had been done the week before. So in just SIX weeks I learnt a whole routine in the Charleston that I would happily do where ever! It was a constant laugh and fantastic exercise. Sarah is patient and encouraging, she gives time to individuals as they need it but without this being at the expense of the group as a whole. It doesn't matter if you don't get it quite right, some steps are confusing to say the least and getting arms and legs to work together can be a challenge but the whole point is to embrace the fun and the quirkiness of the 1920s Charleston and that is something Sarah passes on with panache! I'm looking forward to moving up to improvers class and I have a friend making me a 1920s style dress. I'm looking forward to so much more fun with this and highly recommend the dance itself and Sarah as a wonderfully fun and enthusiastic teacher.
The Beginners Charleston Class was brilliant! I attended with a friend and we had such a great experience. The venue (Morris Hall) was ideal, the teaching by Sarah excellent - she was very patient and spent time going over the more tricky steps. I would definitely recommend these classes to a friend and intend to sign up for the Improvers Classes in September. The music Sarah used was great too and really motivated the class.
I have just attended five weeks of beginners charleston classes. they have been great fun, Sarah is really welcoming and I feel I have mastered some basic steps - bring on the improvers to master the heel flick. great fun and recommend to all. x
Love going to Sarah's Charleston dance classes, she is a fantastic teacher!
The children really enjoyed the street dance sessions. Sarah was fantastic with the kids and the sessions were well managed and interesting! The children have learnt a lot from this. It was very age appropriate. Additionally the reception children had a fab time taking part in the street dance, they wouldn't wait until the next session. It was a great choice for the teacher to develop their owns skills and knowledge.
